Founded in 1998, Adcom was previously known as Adcom Academy of Digital Design & Advertising / Adcom Digital Hub (Animation & Online games Training). Its founder, Mr.Darren Ng, a graduate majored in Communication Design, established Adcom with the mission to be the only company that provides dropouts and school leavers, who are not doing well academically, an access to the Animation Industry. ADCOM’s philosophy is that ‘good play’ enriches a person’s life-and its subsequent adulthood. Bearing this philosophy in mind, ADCOM has developed online game programes, which are all founded as the same basic philosophy of learning and developing through playing games.

Since its establishment, ADCOM was dedicated to a lifelong training mission which underpins its business philosophy. It also provides internship training and optimizes resources and facilities for its trainees. The company trains its trainees in the real life work models adopted by creative production companies, advertising firms, multimedia companies and gaming creative production companies.
