Founder, Mr. Darren Ng

Founded in 1998 previously known as Adcom Academy of Digital Design & Advertising / Adcom Digital Hub (Animation & Online game Training) by its founder, Mr. Darren Ng, graduated in 1995 in Communication Design, believes creativity, has no boundaries. The founder himself is the guiding beacon to help youngsters and academic drop out students tread the path to their future in the world of games animation.

Adcom Group Sdn Bhd  ( Incorporated 2008, April) at the threshold of a bright new future has a deep dedication to a lifelong training mission underpins his business philosophy. The talent, the skill and the artistry that has been the pride of the subcontinent for years will find new expressions in online game work with global magnificence.

As a practical corporate education and training, Adcom trains his trainees in the real life work models adopted by Creative Production Companies, Advertising Firms, Multimedia Companies and Gaming Creative Production Companies. 

Adcom focus more on creating skill-based workforce by producing graduates who possess prestigious excellent practical training, skills competency, confidence and holistic characters.

Adcom provides internship training and optimizes resources and facilities to complete his trainees’ training experiences while constantly developing entrepreneurial opportunities through Adcom core business. Adcom continuously develop academic and management expertise while strengthening the performance culture in line with an aspiration to be competitive and productive at the same time upgrading the quality of employee welfare and work culture, and forging closer with all sectors of industry. Adcom believes in discovering the potential of our trainees to the maximum level.

Our training system has been proven to help generate a high quality output with a minimum amount of time. This is because the training system is identical with what he is applying with our production team in Adcom Group Sdn Bhd. In the end, this would not only contribute to Malaysia's status and economy, but to the local animation companies as well.

Adcom is the only one company that provides school dropouts and school leavers who are not academically incline skills for eventual employment in Animation Industry. Adcom took a realistic look in Malaysia education and observed that most dropout students are already ended up to be nobody in any organization. How many colleges have we heard that are held especially for the school dropouts? Hardly any or they are just rare. Have all of us forgotten about our school dropout children?

Adcom support efforts in providing internship and job opportunities for the trainees. We are in BLUE Ocean; the founder contributes his efforts to REFORM that STREET BOY to BE THE KNOWLEDGE WORKER. They are better then the less of so call Universities / colleges, their graduates facing unemployment difficulties, who lack of soft skills, lack of real world experience, who deserve no chance to explore themselves to be a boss after their school . ADCOM is the best training hub to those have a strong desire to run their own business.

Adcom has been instrumental in lifting practical corporate standards to those of national level. Adcom is the first provider of skill base training where came forward to present us a vision to ensure there is balance of Malaysian components in the local tertiary work force.

Now, in its strategic collaboration with Malaysia Design Company, Adcom enables his trainees to learn to work on real-life projects with industry even while they study. This unique industry-academia partnership will help strengthen the government’s efforts to develop human ability and intellect, and produce knowledge workers who can rise to meet this century’s challenges.

In Malaysia we have numbers of Universities and Colleges who are keen to educate our future generations. One knows very well without minimum of 3 credits in SPM, students are not allowed to enroll in any university or college. As a very rational thinking person, we knew that in school there are students who are extremely good, poor and drop out. Some students without parent’s proper attention and guidance who spends their time in the cyber café playing online games entirely drop out in early years during secondary. Look at our university and college which only interested at academically smart students, then now the question what is going to happen to that entire drop out students? What assurance can these Universities and colleges give when come to job employment? Since our university and college graduates are unemployed, who then is going to employ the school drop out? Very unfortunately our education systems given never a thought about that. This is the major issue which set my nominee to wonder. Adcom cares affectionately for the community, for the school drop outs. Adcom believe every child is the same and every child must have the same bright future. Adcom is creating an opportunity for them to be a boss through the franchise programme. How good for the community to know that in our nearest future all the students will have an excellent future and career.
